Why Join Us?

Are you a smallholder or have an interest in any aspect of smallholding? The Dyfed Smallholders’ Association was established to provide members throughout Carmarthenshire, Pembrokeshire, Ceredigion and even wider afield, with support and advice in all aspects of running a smallholding.

Our members have a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of smallholding which they are only too willing to share.

We hold regular meetings at Bancyfelin village hall near Carmarthen which are led by DSA members or invited speakers. We also arrange visits to members’ holdings and local producers and businesses. In the summer we hold a number of outdoor events where members can gain experience in activities such as fencing, animal husbandry, turning produce into products, marketing your products and lots more
